
Bolgatanga East Yinime Wins Miss Upper East Ghana’ 2021.
Miss Upper East 2021, a Bolgatanga East representative Yinime was crowned the winner in the 4th edition pageantry. The grand finale took place last night at Bolgatanga GNAT Hall.


Miss Yinime, born Amoah Angelina Yinime, won the GHC 10000 cash award (7000 cash + 3000!project start-up funds), a special 5-star treat, a table top fridge, a blender, a rice cooker, an iPhone 7 plus, a plaque, and a souvenir from the sponsor.
The 25-year-old graduate of the Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMNJ) is working on a project in the Bolgatanga East region called Girl Child Empowerment via Menstrual and Personal Hygiene.
Osman Sakina, better known by her stage as Miss Sakina from Garu, was the first runner-up, as well as the miss eloquent, miss talent, and top model.
Miss Sakina won a monetary reward of Ghc 2,000 for her project startup, laptop, and Toaster, which uses agriculture to empower the youth in the Garu District.
Azure Christiana Lamisi was named the third runner-up and Miss Personality. She brought a tabletop fridge and an iron home with her.
Ako-ese As the fourth runner up, Celestina Atinegura, better known by her stage as Kiana, received a microwave.
Ayariga The 5th runner-up was Gloria Ndepoka of the Bawku West District.
