Hon. John Osei Frimpong Inaugurates New Circuit Court in New Abirem
Tuesday, 1st August 2023, Hon. John Osei Frimpong had the honor of joining esteemed dignitaries including Her Ladyship Gertrude Torkonoo, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana, and Hon. Raymond Nana Damptey, the Birim North DCE, in the momentous inauguration of the newly constructed Circuit Court in New Abirem.
This significant addition, the New Abirem Circuit Court, is part of a series of Courts projects meticulously undertaken by the Akuffo-Addo administration. It stands as a testament to the dedication and commitment of various institutions and individuals who have worked tirelessly to bring this endeavor to fruition.
The member of parliament extended his heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo, whose vision for a strong judicial system has driven the realization of this project. He also acknowledge the unwavering support and collaboration of the Chief Justice, the District Assembly Common Fund Secretariat, and the Judicial Service, whose collective efforts have contributed to the successful completion of this Court.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed personalities, including Nana Kwasi Amoh Kyeretwie, the Chief of New Abirem, and other Nananom. Additionally, representatives from various security agencies, such as the Divisional Police Commander and District Commanders, added to the significance of the occasion. Officials from the Judicial Service of Ghana, the District Coordinating Director, and Heads of Departments in the Birim North District Assembly were also present, emphasizing the collaborative effort of all stakeholders involved.
