Nii Funny explains why he did not marry a Ga woman

Ghanaian musician, Nii Funny, an Accra-based singer, has sparked outrage among Ghanaians, particularly those from Accra, after making disparaging remarks about his kin.

Nii Funny revealed in an exclusive interview with OKAY FM that he ignored all the beautiful women of the same ethnicity as him in order to marry a black American because he despises begging.

Nii Funny explains that when a man marries a Ga woman, her family (mother, brother, father, and sisters) treat him like an ATM card.

They will constantly ring his phone demanding money and other favours, and he can’t stand such a parasitic lifestyle, which is why he chose a foreigner.
