Veteran actor Emeka Ani cries for financial support as he reveals he is almost blind
Seasoned Nollywood actor from Nigeria Emeka Ani, sobbed in a recent video, lamenting the fact that if a spot in his eye is not promptly surgically removed, he will unfortunately go blind.
The ill actor turned to social media to beg Nigerians for help as he fought stoke and a weird wound on his butt.
In November, the actor received a six million naira gift from the senior prophet of the Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry in Warri, Jeremiah Fufeyin. However, he recently revealed that despite the previous surgery, the actor still needs another one because of an eye condition that, if left untreated, could lead to blindness.
The actor made this confession in a video that was posted on his pal Muonago Collins‘ Instagram page on Sunday.
He is heard saying;
“There was a growth around my eyes, if you look at it very well you’ll see the growth coming to the black spot and if care is not properly taken, it might result to blindness.
So I want to plead with you once again my brothers and sisters to kindly help me so I can be taken abroad for proper medication and surgery. I have gone to so many hospitals here in Nigeria but to no avail. Please kindly help me so I can make use of my sight once again.”
