Joseph DumolgaAugust 14, 2025

The Deputy Chief of Staff, Stan Dogbe has issued a stern warning to the media against intrusive filming at the state funeral to be held for the 8 heroes who died in the terrible military helicopter crash in Obuasi.

Speaking at a press briefing on August 14th, 2025, Stan Dogbe insists his office won’t tolerate any individual an organisation harassing mourners for interviews.

He also warned the general public to avoid same. They must comport themselves and maintain decorum at the funeral to be held on Friday August 15th, 2025.

” we do not want to see tomorrow anybody holding a phone or a monopod and struggling to chase people, chase mourners as they are coming in to sit,”  he said.
