Music Of Black Origin( MOBO) took place last night and Nigerian superstars, Burna Boy and Wizkid won big at the 2020 MOBO Awards, as Davido and Tiwa Savage also performed at the event.
The prestigious award is held in every three years,the last time was held in the year 2017.
Wizkid won the Best African Act
while Burna Boy was named the Best International Act.
Even though Ghanaian Dancehall Musicians Shatta Wale And Stonebwoy were both nominated in the same category, they lost the slot to Burna Boy.
Davido and Tiwa Savage also performed at the event. Nigerian COVID-19 lockdown soundtrack, ‘Don’t Rush’ by Young T & Bugsey was named song of the year.
